Service Alert Yellow Line: P.M. Trips From Concord to Walnut Creek BART
The Yellow Line is interlined at the Walnut Creek BART station with the Blue Line to Dixon. If you are traveling toward Vallejo in the afternoon and evening, you will need to transfer at Walnut Creek BART to the next Yellow Line to continue your journey.
