In the Loop, street closures will occur leading up to, during and following the No Kings Protest.

Several bus routes will be affected, rerouting their trips short of their normal route, but close to CTA rail stations to allow customers to continue their trips into the Loop.

#3 King Drive, #4 Cottage Grove, #6 Jackson Park Express
Northbound buses will end their trips at the Roosevelt Red Line station. Board Howard-bound Red Line trains to continue to the Loop.

#20 Madison, #56 Milwaukee
Eastbound #20 and southbound #56 buses will end their trips at Washington/Clinton. To continue to the Loop, board a Loop-bound train at the Clinton elevated station at Clinton/Lake.

#22 Clark, #36 Broadway, #146 Inner Drive Michigan Express, 147 Outer Drive Express,  #151 Sheridan
Southbound buses will end their trips at Ohio between LaSalle and Dearborn. To continue to the Loop, board Red Line trains at the Grand Red Line station at Grand/State. Note: To continue to Museum Campus, board a #146 bus shuttle at Roosevelt/State.

#60 Blue Island 26th
Buses will end their trips at Madison/Clinton. To continue to the Loop, board a Loop-bound train at the Clinton elevated station at Clinton/Lake. Exit trains at the Washington/Wabash station. To continue to Harbor Point, walk east on Washington to Michigan, north to Randolph, then east on Randolph to Harbor Point.

#62 Archer
Buses will end their trips at State/Roosevelt. At the Roosevelt Red Line station, board Howard-bound Red Line trains to continue to the Loop.

#29 State, #124 Navy Pier
Buses will end their trips at State/Roosevelt. At the Roosevelt Red Line station, board Howard-bound Red Line trains to Grand/State. Board #65 Grand buses to continue to Navy Pier.

#126 Jackson
Buses will end their trips at Jackson/Clinton.  Board #124 Navy Pier buses at Canal/Jackson (Transit Center). #124 buses will end their trips at the Roosevelt Red Line station. Board Howard-bound Red Line trains to continue to the Loop.

How does this affect my trip?
During a nightly street closure (9pm to 6am next day) on State between Wacker and Randolph, #2 Hyde Park Express, #6 Jackson Park Express, #29 State, #36 Broadway, #62 Archer, #146 Inner Lake Shore/Michigan Express and #148 Clarendon/Michigan Express buses will not serve the bus stop located on the southeast corner at State/Lake. Buses will be rerouted in the area.

From 9pm to 6am, nightly, board northbound buses at State/Randolph and board southbound buses at State/Monroe. 

Allow extra travel time.

Why is service being changed?
Service is affected due to street construction on State between Wacker and Randolph.

How does this affect my trip?
The northbound #29 State bus stop on the southeast corner at State/23rd will be temporarily discontinued. Board/exit northbound #29 buses at State/Cermak or State/24th.
