7/24-7/25 KAROL G @ SOLDIER FIELD: To accommodate passengers attending Karol G taking place at 7:00 p.m. at Soldier Field, the South Shore Line plans to stop the following trains at Metra’s 18th Street Station: FRIDAY 7/24: Westbound Tr 128, Tr 30; Eastbound Tr 35, Tr 101* and SATURDAY 7/25: Westbound Tr 610, Tr 510; Eastbound Tr 517, Tr 601* * NOTE: EB Tr 101/601 terminates in Michigan City, and does not serve Hudson Lake/South Bend.

8/1/26 CHICAGO FIRE: To accommodate passengers attending the Chicago Fire FC match taking place at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, 8/1, at Soldier Field, the South Shore Line plans to stop the following trains at Metra’s 18th Street Station: Westbound Tr 610, Tr 510; and Eastbound Tr 513, Tr 515.

7/30-8/2 LOLLAPALOOZA: July 30-31, 2026: An EB Extra train will depart Millennium Station at 10:40 p.m. (Van Buren St. at 10:42 p.m.), run non-stop to Hegewisch and make all local stops terminating at Carroll Ave. Aug. 1-2, 2026: Westbound Train 608 and Train 508 will operate Extras for additional capacity. The Extra trains will depart approximately 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled departures of Tr 608 and Tr 508, and make all stops. An EB Extra train will depart Millennium Station at 10:55 p.m. (Van Buren St. at 10:57 p.m.), run non-stop to Hegewisch and make all local stops terminating at Carroll Ave.

The Lakeshore Corridor route, frequently referred to as the South Shore Line, runs between Millennium Station in downtown Chicago and the South Bend International Airport in South Bend, Indiana. Intermediate stops are made in Hammond, Gary, and Michigan City.
