The 102 Markham Rd bus route operates between Warden Station on Line 2 Bloor-Danforth, the Centennial College Progress Campus, the area of Markham Road and Steeles Avenue, and the area of Highway 48 (Markham Road) and Castlemore Avenue in the City of Markham, generally in a north-south direction. Accessible service is provided on the route. Bike racks are available on this route.
Four services are operated. The 102A (Warden Stn-Progress [Centennial College]) branch operates at all times, from Monday to Friday only. The 102B (Warden Stn-Steeles) branch operates at all times. The 102C (Warden Stn-Steeles via Dynamic Drive) branch operates during the peak periods, northbound in the morning and southbound in the afternoon, from Monday to Friday only. The 102D (Warden Stn-Major Mackenzie) branch operates until approximately 11:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, and until approximately 10:00 pm on Sundays and holidays.

Northbound 102B: from Warden Station Bus Bay #6, continue north on Warden Ave, east on St Clair Ave E, north on Kingston Rd, continue north on Markham Rd, east on Steeles Ave E, south on Tapscott Rd, east on Passmore Ave, north on Morningside Ave to Morningside Ave at Passmore Ave – Amazon Fulfillment Centre.
