Eastbound 334A: From Toronto Pearson International Airport Terminal 3 (arrivals level) via east on Terminal 3 Road, right to Tank Farm Road, south on Tank Farm Road, west on Silver Dart Drive, north on Jetliner Road, east on Airport Road, continuing east on Dixon Road, south on Carlingview Drive, west and south on Renforth Drive, east on Eglinton Avenue West, continuing east on Eglinton Avenue East, east on Kennedy Station access road to Transway Crescent, and south on Transway Crescent to Kennedy Station Platform B.
Westbound 334A: From Kennedy Station Platform B via north on Transway Crescent, east and north on Kennedy Station access road to Eglinton Avenue East, west on Eglinton Avenue East, continuing west on Eglinton Avenue West, north and east on Renforth Drive, north on Carlingview Drive, west on Dixon Road, continuing west on Airport Road, south on Jetliner Road, east on Silver Dart Drive, and south, east, and west on the access road to Toronto Pearson International Airport Terminal 1, continuing to Terminal 3 (arrivals level).
334B Eglinton – Mount Dennis Station to Finchdene Square
Eastbound 334B: From Mount Dennis Station bus terminal via south on Photography Drive, east and north on Keelesdale Road, east on Eglinton Avenue West, continuing east on Eglinton Avenue East, east on Kennedy Station access road to Transway Crescent, and south on Transway Crescent to Kennedy Station Platform B; from Kennedy Station Platform B via north on Transway Crescent, west on Kennedy Station access road to Eglinton Avenue East, east on Eglinton Avenue East, north on Kingston Road, east, south, and east on Guildwood Parkway, north on Morningside Avenue, east on Ellesmere Road, south to Centenary Hospital Loop; from Centenary Hospital Loop via north to Ellesmere Road, north on Neilson Road, west on Finch Avenue East, north on Tapscott Road, and east on Newgale Gate to Newgale Gate at Finchdene Square.
