Southbound 335: From Ian Macdonald Boulevard at Chimneystack Road via regular route to Jane Street at Weatherell Street, continuing south on Jane Street, and east into Jane Station bus terminal.
335 Jane – Jane Station to York University
Northbound 335: From Jane Station bus terminal via west to Armadale Avenue, south on Armadale Avenue, west on Bloor Street West, north on Jane Street, and continuing regular route to Ian Macdonald Boulevard at Chimneystack Road.
