54A Lawrence East – Starspray Loop
Eastbound 54A: From Don Valley Station bus terminal, north on Gervais Drive, west on Wynford Drive, north on Don Mills Road, east on Lawrence Avenue East, through Rouge Hill GO Station bus loop, and east on Lawrence Avenue East to Starspray Loop.
Westbound 54A: From Starspray Loop, west on Lawrence Avenue East, south on Don Mills Road, east on Wynford Drive, and south on Gervais Drive to Don Valley Station bus terminal.
54B Lawrence East – Collinsgrove
Eastbound 54B: From Don Valley Station bus terminal, north on Gervais Drive, west on Wynford Drive, north on Don Mills Road, east on Lawrence Avenue East, north on Morningside Avenue, north and east on Kingston Road, and south on Collinsgrove Road.
Westbound 54B: From Collinsgrove Road, south on Collinsgrove Road, west on Lawrence Avenue East, south on Don Mills Road, east on Wynford Drive, and south on Gervais Drive to Don Valley Station bus terminal.
