The 73 Royal York bus route operates between Royal York Station on Line 2 Bloor-Danforth, the area of Royal York Road and Knob Hill Drive, the area of La Rose Avenue and Scarlett Road, and the area of Albion Road and Claireport Drive, generally in a north-south direction. Bike racks are available on this route.
This route operates all day, every day, between Royal York Station and Claireport Drive.
Three services are operated. The 73C (Royal York Station-Claireport via Albion Rd) is the main branch, and operates all day, every day. The 73B (Royal York Station-Eglinton & La Rose Ave) branch operates all day from Monday to Friday, and in the daytime and early evening on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. The 73D (Royal York Station-Albion Rd) short-turn branch operates during the peak periods from Monday to Friday.

From Royal York Station, north on Royal York Rd, east on La Rose Ave, south on Scarlett Rd, east on Eglinton Ave W, north and east on Emmett Ave, south on Jane St, east on Eglinton Ave W, south and west on Keelesdale Rd, north on Photography Dr to Mount Dennis Station bus terminal.
Southbound 73B:
From Mount Dennis Station, south on Photography Dr, east and north on Keelesdale Rd, west on Eglinton Ave W, north on Jane St, west and south on Emmett Ave, west on Eglinton Ave E, north on Scarlett Rd, west on La Rose Ave, south on Royal York Rd, east to Royal York Station bus terminal.
Southbound 73 to Royal York Station
These buses operate from La Rose Avenue and Scarlett Road via south on Scarlett Road, west on Eglinton Avenue West, and south on Royal York Road to Royal York Station.
Northbound 73C to Claireport via Albion Road
These buses operate from Royal York Station via north on Royal York Road, northeast on St. Phillips Road, north on Weston Road, northwest on Albion Road (past Humberline Loop) to Claireport Crescent (east branch), and then looping clockwise via south, west and north on Claireport Crescent to Albion Road.
Southbound 73 to Royal York Station
These buses operate from Claireport Crescent (west branch) and Albion Road via southeast on Albion Road (past Humberline Loop), south on Weston Road, southwest on St. Phillips Road, and south on Royal York Road to Royal York Station.
Northbound 73D to Knob Hill & Oak
These buses operate from Royal York Station via north on Royal York Road, northeast on St. Phillips Road, north on Weston Road, and east and south on Knob Hill Drive to Oak Street.
Southbound 73 to Royal York Station
