37 - ISLINGTON
The 37 Islington bus route operates between Islington Station on Line 2 Bloor-Danforth, the area of Islington Avenue and Steeles Avenue West, and the Woodbine Race Track and Humberwood Boulevard area, generally in a north-south direction. Accessible service is provided on the route. Bike racks are available on this route.
Two services are operated. The 37A (Islington Station-Woodbine Centre and Humberwood via Rexdale Blvd) branch operates all day, every day. The 37B (Islington Station-Steeles) branch operates all day, every day.
Northbound 37A TO Woodbine and Humberwood via Rexdale Boulevard
These buses operate from Islington Station via east on Bloor Street West, north on Islington Avenue, west and south on Bergamot Avenue, west on Rexdale Boulevard, north, west and south on Queen’s Plate Drive, through the Woodbine Race Track Loop, continuing west on Rexdale Boulevard, and north on Humberwood Boulevard to Humberwood Loop (on the west side of Humberwood Boulevard, south of Morning Star Drive).
Southbound 37 to Islington Station
These buses operate from Humberwood Loop via south on Humberwood Boulevard, east on Rexdale Boulevard, through the Woodbine Race Track Loop, continuing north, east and south on Queen’s Plate Drive, east on Rexdale Boulevard, north and east on Bergamot Avenue, south on Islington Avenue, and west on Bloor Street West to Islington Station.
Northbound 37B to Steeles
These buses operate from Islington Station via east on Bloor Street West, north on Islington Avenue, and west on Steeles Avenue West to the Islington/Steeles off-street loop (on the north side of Steeles Avenue West, west of Islington Avenue).
Southbound 37 to Islington Station
These buses operate from the Islington/Steeles off-street loop via east on Steeles Avenue West, south on Islington Avenue, and west on Bloor Street West to Islington Station.
All buses on the route serve local bus stops along the route.
The request stop program is available to all customers travelling along by bus between 9:00 PM and 5:00AM. Request Stop allows any customer who is feeling vulnerable to get off the bus between regular TTC stops.
