43 - KENNEDY
The 43 Kennedy bus route operates between Kennedy Station on Line 2 Bloor-Danforth, the area of Kennedy Road and Steeles Avenue East, and Scarborough Centre Station on Line 3 Scarborough, generally in a north-south direction. Accessible service is provided on the route. Both Kennedy and Scarborough Centre Stations are accessible stations. Bike racks are available on this route.
Two services are operated. The 43A (Kennedy Station-Steeles) branch operates all day, every day. The 43B (Kennedy Station-Scarborough Centre Station via Progress) branch operates during the daytime and early evening, seven days a week.
The 43A (Kennedy Station-Steeles) branch is part of the 10 Minute Network, and operates 10 minutes or better, all day, every day.
Northbound 43A to Steeles
These buses operate from Kennedy Station via west on Eglinton Avenue East, north on Kennedy Road, and east on Steeles Avenue East to Midland Avenue.
Southbound 43 to Kennedy Station
These buses operate from Steeles Avenue East and Midland Avenue via south on Midland Avenue, west on Passmore Avenue, south on Kennedy Road, and east on Eglinton Avenue East to Kennedy Station.
Northbound 43B to Scarborough Centre via Progress
These buses operate from Kennedy Station via west on Eglinton Avenue East, north on Kennedy Road, east on Progress Avenue, south on Borough Drive, and east on Triton Road to Scarborough Centre Station.
Southbound 43 to Kennedy Station
These buses operate from Scarborough Centre Station via west on Triton Road, north on Brimley Road, west on Progress Avenue, south on Kennedy Road, and east on Eglinton Avenue East to Kennedy Station.
All buses on the route serve local bus stops along the route.
The request stop program is available to all customers travelling along by bus between 9:00 PM and 5:00AM. Request Stop allows any customer who is feeling vulnerable to get off the bus between regular TTC stops.
