88 - SOUTH LEASIDE
The 88 South Leaside bus route operates between St. Clair Station on Line 1 Yonge-University-Spadina, the Wicksteed Avenue area, and the Thorncliffe Park Drive area, generally in an east-west direction. Accessible service is provided on the route. St. Clair Station is an accessible subway station. Bike racks are available on this route.
Two services are operated. The 88A (St Clair Stn-Thorncliffe via Overlea) branch operates at all times, seven days a week. The 88B (St Clair Stn-Thorncliffe via Wicksteed) branch operates at all times, seven days a week.
Eastbound 88A TO THORNCLIFFE VIA OVERLEA
Alternating trips with the 88B branch, these buses operate from St. Clair Station via east on Pleasant Boulevard, north on Avoca Avenue, east on St. Clair Avenue East, north on Welland Avenue, east on Moore Avenue, north on Bayview Avenue, east on Sutherland Drive, south on Millwood Road, east on Southvale Drive, south on Millwood Road, east on Overlea Boulevard to Thorncliffe Park Drive (west branch), and counter-clockwise via south, east and north on Thorncliffe Park Drive to Overlea Boulevard. These eastbound 88A buses then return westbound as "88B TO ST CLAIR STN VIA WICKSTEED" buses, operating from Overlea Boulevard and Thorncliffe Park Drive (east branch) via north on Thorncliffe Park Drive, north on Beth Nealson Drive, west on Wicksteed Avenue, north on Leslie Street, west on Vanderhoof Avenue, south on Brentcliffe Road, west on Wicksteed Avenue, west on McRae Drive, south on Millwood Road, west on Sutherland Drive, south on Bayview Avenue, west on Moore Avenue, south on Welland Avenue, west on St. Clair Avenue East, south on Avoca Avenue, and west on Pleasant Boulevard to St. Clair Station.
Eastbound 88B TO THORNCLIFFE VIA WICKSTEED
Alternating trips with the 88A branch, these buses operate from St. Clair Station via east on Pleasant Boulevard, north on Avoca Avenue, east on St. Clair Avenue East, north on Welland Avenue, east on Moore Avenue, north on Bayview Avenue, east on Sutherland Drive, north on Millwood Road, east on McRae Drive, east on Wicksteed Avenue, north on Brentcliffe Road, east on Vanderhoof Avenue, south on Leslie Street, east on Wicksteed Avenue, south on Beth Nealson Drive, and south on Thorncliffe Park Drive to Overlea Boulevard. These eastbound 88B buses then return westbound as "88A TO ST CLAIR STN VIA OVERLEA" buses, operating from Overlea Boulevard and Thorncliffe Park Drive (east branch) clockwise via south, west and north on Thorncliffe Park Drive, west on Overlea Boulevard, north on Millwood Road, west on Southvale Drive, north on Millwood Road, west on Sutherland Drive, south on Bayview Avenue, west on Moore Avenue, south on Welland Avenue, west on St. Clair Avenue East, south on Avoca Avenue, and west on Pleasant Boulevard to St. Clair Station.
