Special Notice — On World Cup match dates, Pascack Valley and Port Jervis tickets are being cross-honored on the Hudson and Harlem lines for additional NYC travel options.
Customers are encouraged to plan ahead, purchase tickets with our TrainTime app before traveling, and allow additional travel time due to increased ridership before and after matches.
Parking at Metro-North Hudson Line & Harlem Line Stations
Driving directly to Metro-North stations east of the Hudson is also an option, although parking may be limited depending on the station and additional parking fees may apply. Customers who drive to a Metro-North station east of the Hudson can find information on station parking capacities and fees here: https://www.mta.info/stations.
Customers with West of Hudson parking permits for LAZ-managed lots may use participating LAZ-managed parking facilities at Cortlandt, Beacon, New Hamburg, Poughkeepsie and North White Plains. Permits issued for non-LAZ-managed lots are not eligible for cross-honoring.
World Cup Travel and Travel to/from NYC
Pascack Valley and Port Jervis trains will not stop at Secaucus Junction on World Cup match days. If you’re headed to the match, you’ll ride to Hoboken and then return from Hoboken to the stadium on a Stadium Shuttle train. There is no connecting service available to or from New York Penn Station. Rail tickets will be accepted on PATH for service between Manhattan and Hoboken Terminal, where train service is available.
