The Lakeshore Corridor route, frequently referred to as the South Shore Line, runs between Millennium Station in downtown Chicago and the South Bend International Airport in South Bend, Indiana. Intermediate stops are made in Hammond, Gary, and Michigan City.

8/13/26 SERVICE UPDATE: Due to severe storm damage occurring on Aug. 11, South Shore Line service will operate on a significantly limited LAKESHORE CORRIDOR schedule on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2026. MONON CORRIDOR train service will be restored effective with WB Tr 302 departing Munster/Dyer at 4:50am on Thursday, Aug. 13. Regular Monon Corridor service between Munster/Dyer and Millennium Station will then operate as scheduled.
