1/30-1/31 INCLEMENT WEATHER: Passengers are advised the National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning in Indiana for Lake and Porter counties, and a Winter Weather Advisory for LaPorte County. In Chicago, a Winter Storm Warning is currently active. In Indiana, the alerts take effect at 6pm tonight, Jan. 30, through 6pm Saturday, Jan. 31. SSL anticipates train operations to run as scheduled, however any changes in service will be promptly posted to our website Service Updates, the South Shore mobile app "delays/alerts," and via email/text notifications.
