The Bergen County Line branches off the Main Line between the Meadowlands and Glen Rock, operating between Suffern and Hoboken Terminal. Some trains of Metro-North Railroad's Port Jervis Line also operate over the line.

BMGM - BetMGM Meadowlands

Trains run between the Meadowlands Sports Complex and Secaucus Junction, some with continuing service to Hoboken Terminal. There is limited service on the line, with trains only operating in conjunction with major events.

The Morristown Line connects Morris and Essex counties to New York City, via either New York Penn Station or Hoboken Terminal. There are roughly 120 daily trains, operating to and from from Dover, Hackettstown, and Mount Olive.

MNBTN - Montclair-Boonton Line

The Montclair-Boonton line serves 28 rail stations in New Jersey along with New York Pennsylvania Station. It crosses through six counties, serving six stations in the township of Montclair, two in the town of Bloomfield, and one in the city of Newark. Trains along the Montclair-Boonton Line heading eastward usually originate at Hackettstown, Mount Olive, Lake Hopatcong, Dover, or Montclair State University, bound for either Hoboken Terminal or New York Penn Station.

The Raritan Valley Line serves passengers in municipalities in Union, Somerset, Middlesex, Essex, and Hunterdon counties in the Raritan Valley region. The line's most frequent western terminus is Raritan station in Raritan. Some weekday trains continue farther west and terminate at the High Bridge station, located in High Bridge.
